22nd International Symposium on Radiopharmaceutical Sciences

Important notes for presenters

Poster authors will hang up the posters on designated places for the whole duration of the symposium for the audiences' free viewing. There are three poster sessions.

The size of the poster wall is: 95 cm width and 195 cm height.
Hence, we suggest poster format: maximum DIN A0 (portrait format).
The poster exhibition takes place in the ground floor of the venue in hall 1-3.
The posters must be removed at the end of the symposium, Friday, May 19, until the lunch break. For not removed posters we assume no liability.

Rapid Fire Poster

In this session you have exactly 1min (not more) to present your poster. Ideally, the poster (or maybe another ppt-slide to explain the content of the poster) will be shown on the screen in the plenary hall. Your presentation should be delivered no later than 2 hours before presentation in the media check.

Afterwards, you have the possibility to show your physical poster in the poster hall. In summary, you should bring your poster "electronically" for the rapid fire poster session and "physically" for the normal session.

The presentations are 15 minutes. 10 minutes for the presentation and 5 minutes for discussions.
Seminar talks are normally coordinated presentations together with other authors on same topic or field. Usually one session takes 1.5 to 2 uninterrupted hours with 3-6 speakers. Each session has two assigned chairs, who introduces the speakers and directs the discussions, questions and answers from the audience.

For your oral presentation use font “ARIAL” with a minimum size of 14 Pt. To generate chemical formulae the use of ChemDraw is recommended. (do not copy the formula).
